By accessing or using SambhavAI.in (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

SambhavAI.in provides a collection of free AI-powered tools including, but not limited to:

- AI content and article writers
• Grammar and spelling checkers
• Text-to-speech converters
• AI image generators and editors
• Background removers
• Logo and design generators
• SEO and marketing tools

Some features require account registration. Premium tiers (Pro, Team) offer higher usage limits and additional capabilities.

Registration: You may use many tools without an account. Creating an account unlocks higher daily usage limits and saved preferences.

Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Responsibility: You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@sambhavai.in if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.

You agree not to use the Service to:

- Generate, distribute, or store illegal content of any kind
• Create content that is defamatory, harassing, abusive, or threatening to any individual or group
• Produce sexually explicit material involving minors (strictly prohibited and will be reported to authorities)
• Generate content that infringes any third-party intellectual property rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our AI models or proprietary systems
• Use automated scripts, bots, or other means to scrape or overload our services
• Circumvent rate limits, access controls, or any other technical restrictions
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely represent your affiliation
• Use the Service for spam generation or mass unsolicited outreach
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination and, where required by law, reporting to relevant authorities.

Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to the content you create using our tools. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your inputs solely for the purpose of generating your requested output.

Our Platform: All software, design, trademarks, logos, and proprietary technology on SambhavAI.in are owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of our platform without express written permission.

AI-Generated Outputs: Outputs generated by AI tools are provided to you for your use. We make no warranty that AI-generated content is free from third-party intellectual property claims. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before commercial use.

Feedback: Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to us may be used by us without compensation or attribution to you.

The free tier provides access to all tools subject to daily usage limits (currently 3 uses per tool per day). Limits are subject to change with notice.

We reserve the right to throttle, restrict, or suspend access if usage is deemed excessive or abusive, even within stated limits.

Pro and Team plans offer higher limits as described on the Pricing page. Plan terms are governed by the subscription agreement at the time of purchase.

Billing: Paid plans (Pro, Team) are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges to your payment method.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refunds are issued upon cancellation unless required by law.

Refund Policy: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans if you are not satisfied. To request a refund within this window, email billing@sambhavai.in. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Price Changes: We may change pricing at any time. Existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days before a price change takes effect.

Our tools are powered by third-party AI providers including OpenAI, Stability AI, and others. Your use of these tools is additionally subject to the terms and policies of those providers.

We are not responsible for the outputs, accuracy, or availability of third-party AI models. AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate — always review outputs before relying on them.

"As Is" Service: The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

No Accuracy Guarantee: AI-generated content is not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. Do not rely on AI outputs for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions without independent verification.

Availability: We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times or free from interruptions, errors, or data loss.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SambhavAI.in and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim (or $10 if you have not made any payments).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SambhavAI.in and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

- Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any content you create, submit, or distribute using the Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to violation of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

If you are accessing the Service from the European Union, you may also have rights under applicable EU consumer protection laws.
